At Foodforchild.com (Annamrita Foundation), we strive to ensure that your donations and contributions are utilised effectively to provide nutritious meals to underprivileged children across India. We value your support and want to ensure transparency and accountability in our operations. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Donations

1. Donation Cancellations

• One-time Donations: Once a one-time donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to review your donation details carefully before confirming the transaction.
• Recurring Donations: If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel it, please contact us at least 7 days before the next scheduled donation date. Cancellations made after this period may result in the next donation being processed.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds for one-time donations will be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions or erroneous amounts. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the donation date.
• For recurring donations, refunds will not be provided for donations already processed. If a cancellation request is received in time, future donations will be halted.
